Unlike home kitchens which are not monitored for food safety nor inspected by Alberta Health Services (AHS), Cotera Cakery & Bake Shoppe is a commercial kitchen mandated to routine inspections by AHS to ensure strict compliance regarding the safety of food and the immaculate cleanliness of our studio.

 

We are fully licensed with the Town of Canmore, and food safety is our top priority. 

 

All employees hold a food handling permit within the Province of Alberta. 

 

Our kitchen is kept pristine, and you can be assured that you will receive a product of the highest quality, freshest ingredients, and safe food handling for you and your family.
