Cheryl Lynn Cote – Certified Professional Cake Designer
I began my culinary journey in 2017. Just when I thought my baking hobby took me as far as I wanted to go, I hungered for a culinary arts education and took several courses geared towards baking.
In 2019 I attended Lambert Academy of Sugar Craft where I became a Certified Professional Cake Designer.
Additionally, I have earned continuing education credits in several culinary courses at the Calgary SAIT Culinary Arts Campus including pastry arts, pies, and baked desserts.

Over the past four years, and with over 350 hours of hands-on training, I have acquired an art for design and superior taste in buttercream and fondant cakes, pies, master floral creations, macarons, and seasonal cookies.

Continuing education is very important to me. I want to ensure I keep up with all the latest baking trends for my customers, so I take every opportunity to make sure I am well educated to create your customized confections.

Leaving a full-time career in the family business as a bookkeeper and office manager has made for great conversations and excellent training in the baking industry.
Through great educators, I have been given the tools to know my clientele and provide me with a streamlined vision and style for each one.
I couldn't have ever dreamed of all this sweet world has brought me, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
